Instructions for delivery of goods
Delivery Truck Access:
Ensure that the delivery site has sufficient space and street access for a bulky goods truck.
Availability at the Delivery Address:
Confirm that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the products at the scheduled date and time.
Delivery Coordination
Our delivery team will contact you prior to arrival to coordinate the details and facilitate the reception at street level.
Product Verification:
Upon receipt of the products, please check the integrity of the package and the items. In case of any problem, please contact our customer service immediately.
Please note that the delivery will be made at street level, so it is important that you are prepared to receive the products at the designated location.
