The Towerless Reformer is a simplified version of the classic Pilates reformer, which lacks the additional vertical tower. It consists of a sliding bed equipped with a series of springs and pulleys that provide variable resistance. The user performs a variety of Pilates exercises in a lying, sitting or standing position to improve strength, flexibility and balance.
