Our Reformer carriage springs are designed in highly durable steel and tested to ensure stable, controlled and progressive resistance in each exercise. They offer a smooth and constant response, allowing a safe workout even in intensive sessions. Each color corresponds to a resistance level and a recommended maximum weight to ensure optimal spring use and a long service life.
- Yellow - Soft resistance (up to 25-30 kg)
Ideal for mobility exercises, control work, rehabilitation users or movements that require little load. Provides a light and very stable tension.
- Green - Medium resistance (up to 45-50 kg)
The most versatile and widely used resistance. Perfect for most cart exercises, offering a balance of fluidity, control and strength. Suitable for users of all levels.
- Red - Heavy resistance (up to 65-70 kg)
Designed for higher intensity workouts or advanced users. Provides a powerful and stable load, ideal for strength work, stability or movements that require higher support.
These springs are calibrated to maintain their elasticity and mechanical behavior even with daily use, ensuring precision and safety in the Pilates method. They are compatible with most classic and professional Reformers.
